  • Valid Return Rule
    You can apply for return or refund within 30 days after receiving parcels. Items must be kept unused, intact, without any damage, stains or traces of use, and keep original packages and accessories complete.
  • Non-Returnable Situation
    Returns are not acceptable for man-made damage, worn items, missing original accessories, over-time application and special promotional goods without quality problems.
  • Operation Process
    Contact our customer service first to submit application and provide relevant evidence. After approval, follow our guidance to send back goods. We will inspect returned items within 3-5 working days, and arrange refund to original payment account within 3-7 working days after confirmation.
  • Freight Rule
